CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be automatically charged a cancellation fee of the cost of the appointment.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT POLICY:
Initial assessments require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will remain as a credit to your account that can be used on a later date. For cancellations within 24 hrs, the above cancellation policy will apply.
This policy is in place to respect the ability for our current patients to be able to book follow-up appointments for their care in the clinic schedule and prevents a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We are committed to protecting your privacy by following guidelines set out by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Province of Ontario. All your health information is kept secure and documents are released only with your written consent.
