MANUAL THERAPY

ADVANCED TRAINING

Manual therapy techniques can help improve stiffness, decrease pain and improve mobility. Techniques include advanced joint mobilization/manipulation and hands-on techniques. This can be a tool that can help facilitate your recovery with the goal of active management.

ACUPUNCTURE

DRY NEEDLING (IMS)

Dry Needling Acupunture techniques can be used as a tool to help facilitate an improvement in your symptoms by reducing pain and inflammation, improving muscle tension and joint mobility to then help you access new ways of moving with greater ease.
