MICHELLE BOILEAU

Registered Physiotherapist
Orthopaedic & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Member of OPA, CPA
Michelle is an experienced physiotherapist who brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to care. She believes in the essential role of movement, education, and empowerment within a biopsychosocial model of healthcare, and is passionate about helping people feel more connected to and confident in their bodies. She finds deep fulfillment in supporting patients through meaningful recovery and helping them return to the activities that matter most to them.
Having worked with individuals across all stages of life in private practice, Michelle has developed a strong foundation in both orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy. She is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their care journey. Her approach is individualized and goal-oriented, with a focus on helping patients build resilience, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
Michelle has advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy and provides care for a wide range of concerns, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related changes, labour and delivery preparation, and postpartum recovery. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period through a holistic, full-body approach to rehabilitation and wellness.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Michelle has also completed Level 2 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy program and continues to expand her post-graduate training in manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and pelvic health care.
Physiotherapy aside,
Michelle loves:
Everything bikes (and will happily talk your ears off about it), to ride around the city to explore new areas and find the best pastries and cafes, spending time outdoors camping or at the cottage, lifting weights and practicing her own movements.
Fun Fact!
Michelle started bike racing in her first-year cycling!
