Our orthopaedic physiotherapy sessions are grounded in education and movement, helping you better understand your body while building strength, mobility, and control. Through a comprehensive assessment, we identify the key factors contributing to your symptoms and create a personalized plan to guide your recovery.

Whether you're dealing with a new injury or something more persistent, our goal is to help you reduce pain, move better, and return to the activities you enjoy—with confidence.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Muscle tension, stiffness, and pain can build over time—affecting how you move and feel.

Massage therapy is used to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support overall function. Using a range of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, and joint mobilization, treatments are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

When combined with physiotherapy and movement-based care, massage therapy can play a valuable role in helping you move more freely, recover more effectively, and feel your best day-to-day.

VIRTUAL PHYSIOTHERAPY

If in-person sessions aren’t an option, virtual physiotherapy allows you to receive expert assessment, guidance, and treatment from the comfort of your home. While hands-on techniques are not part of virtual care, many of the most important aspects of physiotherapy can still be effectively delivered online.

Through a detailed assessment, we can observe movement patterns, identify contributing factors, and develop a personalized plan to support your recovery.

Virtual sessions focus on:

  • Clear, personalized education and guidance

  • Exercise prescription and progression tailored to your needs

  • Movement assessment and correction

  • Ongoing support to help you stay consistent and confident in your plan

Whether you're managing an injury, addressing pain, or looking for professional direction, virtual physiotherapy provides a flexible and effective way to stay on track with your care.
