PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY
Pelvic floor physiotherapy is for people of all genders and of all ages. This service will treat the pelvic floor and the rest of the body as an integrated whole.

It is a conservative way to treat issues including:

Bladder and/or bowel incontinence

Bladder and/or bowel urgency/frequency

Bladder or bowel dysregulation (i.e. stream dysfunction, constipation)

Pain with sexual activity (i.e. vaginissmus, vulvodynia)

Persistent and/or unexplained pain of the low back, hips, pelvis and/or groin regions (including endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, etc.)

VESTIBULAR PHYSIOTHERAPY
Vestibular Rehabilitation is treatment targeting vestibular dysfunction, which commonly presents itself as dizziness, vertigo and associated symptoms such as brain fog, lack of focus, fatigue, nausea, balance issues. Our approach to vestibular therapy is holistic where we consider all biopsychosocial aspects of a person in regards to their vestibular issues. Vestibular rehabilitation can treat issues including:

VIRTUAL PHYSIOTHERAPY
If in-person sessions don't work for you, you can still receive physiotherapy assessment and treatment virtually! Although many aspects of physiotherapy practice are not possible through a screen, there is so much that can be observed on assessment and many vital aspects of physiotherapy care that can be provided such as education, professional guidance/insights and exercise prescription and progression.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage Therapy uses a variety of techniques including myofascial trigger point release, passive stretching and joint mobilization to decrease pain/discomfort, increase mobility and working collectively with physiotherapy and movement can improve day to day functions!
