With the changes brought by COVID-19, navigating doing things outside of your home can be challenging. Tru Physiotherapy is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable space to improve your health. Let's work together to keep everyone safe and healthy!
Please read below to learn more about how to be prepared for your in-person appointment and what precautions Tru Physiotherapy is taking to prioritize health and safety.
What you need to do prior to your appointment:
Complete your mandatory COVID-19 Self-Assessment Questionnaire prior to your appointment, it is emailed to you 4 hours prior to your appointment.
Please bring and wear a mask throughout the duration of your appointment, ensuring both your nose and mouth are covered. A blue surgical mask (as worn in the photo above) with a flexible nose wire piece is best, please try your best to wear this to your appointments.
Use the hand sanitizer provided to you before you enter the treatment space.
What can you expect from your appointment:
Your healthcare provider will be wearing a level 1 surgical/procedure mask throughout your session
Your healthcare provider will conduct continuous self-monitoring and the COVID-19 self-screening
"Best Practices for Environmental Cleaning for Prevention and Control of Infections in All Health Care Settings" put out by PIDAC, Public Health Ontario will be followed for equipment and space cleaning, as well as all infection control guidelines by the Ministry of Health.
