As regulated health professionals, we are permitted to continue to serve the community during the provincial state of emergency and stay-at-home order. Tru Physiotherapy is committed to keeping patients and their loved ones safe and while still receiving the care they need. We are diligently following COVID-19 guidance provided by the Ministry of Health of Ontario.
Tru Physiotherapy will continue to be open and available for appointments both in-person and virtually and will continue to keep with the restrictions in place for physical distancing, patient screening and infection control measures.

MANDATORY SELF-ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE
The Ministry of Health of Ontario COVID-19 Patient Screening v4.0 will be emailed to you through your Jane account 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, this must be completed prior to arrival.
WEAR A MASK
Please bring and wear a mask throughout the duration of your appointment, ensuring both your nose and mouth are covered. A blue surgical mask (as worn in the photo above) with a flexible nose wire piece is best, please try your best to wear this to your appointments.
USE HAND SANITIZER
Hand sanitizer will be provided for you in the treatment space. Please sanitize before and after you enter and leave!
BEST PRACTICE GUIDELINES
"Best Practices for Environmental Cleaning for Prevention and Control of Infections in All Health Care Settings" put out by PIDAC, Public Health Ontario as well as all infection control guidelines by the Ministry of Health will be followed for equipment and space cleaning.
TEN MINUTE WINDOW
There is a 10 minute window of time for thorough cleaning of all contact surfaces (door knob, chair, treatment table, equipment, vinyl pillow) with a hard surface disinfectant approved by Health Canada. While the cleaning solution is drying, please feel free to wait inside for the start of your appointment.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Your physiotherapist will wear a level 1 surgical/procedure mask and perform regular hand hygiene to ensure everyone's safety.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
All payments will be processed through the Jane program with your credit card or by sending an e-transfer. A receipt of payment will be sent automatically to your email.
